All sale items must be original art or high-quality crafts, artist-designed and appropriate to the theme. Two artists may share a table.

Deadline to sign up: November 25

Set-up begins at 10 a.m. on November 26

 

Artists requirements:

• Supply your own chair and table or display panels (6’ maximum).

• Staff your booth between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

• Handle sales transactions including collecting Concord sales tax of 9.75%.

• Promote the show through your own social media and email. CAA will promote the show through social media, email, and the CAA web site. Signage will be provided on site.

Reservation Rights

The Concord Art Association, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to change the show timeline and/or to supplement, amend or otherwise modify this Call for Artists.
