Call for CAA Member Artists & Crafters​
Colors of Spring 2026
Weekend of May 2nd & 3rd
at Concord Museum Event Center, 1928 Clayton Road, Concord, CA

The Concord Art Association is proud to host the Colors of Spring Fine Art Show and Art & Craft Sale during the Concord Historical Society Spring Tea Weekend, May 2nd & 3rd. Here’s what you need to know:

Submit up to six (6) pieces of two-dimensional art for only $9 per piece to be displayed during the two-day Fine Art Show, and/or,
-
Rent an 8' x 8' space for Saturday and Sunday for $60, or $40 for one day, for the Art & Craft Sale. Each vendor must rent their own space this year.

April 15: Deadline to submit via JotForm.
April 16: Notification of acceptance
Friday, May 1: Deliver and check-in art 4:30 to 6pm
Sunday, May 3: Pick up art 4:30 to 6pm

Pay entry fee of $9 per piece via JotForm (at button) or by check payable to Concord Art Association.
Mail checks to P.O. Box 641, Concord, CA 94522-0641. Please note "Fine Art Show" in remarks on your check.
Selection Criteria
Artist must be a member of the Concord Art Association.
Art must be original and of the highest quality in concept, execution, and framing.

Minimum framed size 12" x 12" or 11" x 14"

Maximum framed size 20" x 20" or 16" x 20"

Maximum weight 5 pounds

Artists are responsible for collecting sales tax

​Art & Craft Sale
All goods must be original art or high-quality crafts created by the seller and appropriate to the season.
3' x 6' tables, chairs, tablecloths, and table signs included in space fee. Store extra boxes under tables out of sight or return them to your car. Booth attendance mandatory for your sign-up day(s).
Booth Size
Approximately 8' x 8'. No nails, tape, glue etc. are allowed on the walls. Artists may bring one, six linear foot free-standing grid. Include fee in JotForm or by check payable to Concord Art Association.
Mail checks to P.O. Box 641, Concord, CA 94522-0641. Please note "Art & Craft Sale" in remarks on your check. Acceptance will be made as applications are submitted.
Space Rental Timeline
April 15: Deadline to submit via check
April 16: Notification of acceptance
Friday, May 1: Booth set-up starts at 4pm, finish by 6:30pm
Saturday, May 2: Doors open for sellers at 10:30am
Sunday, May 3: Clear booth space from 4 to 5pm

Notes
Bring your own helpers for booth set-up and for clearing your booth on Sunday. Please have your booth ready to open promptly at 11am each day. Plan to keep your booth open until 4pm. All reasonable efforts will be taken by CAA to ensure the safety of your items. Items can be considered safe to leave overnight in this secure building; however, neither CAA nor CHS are liable for any missing or damaged items or displays. Artists are responsible for collecting 9.75% sales tax.​

Reservation Rights
The Concord Art Association, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to change the show timeline and/or to supplement, amend, or otherwise modify this Call for Artists.
