Submit your two-dimensional artwork to CAA's first art show of 2026 at Centre Concord. The theme is Something Unexpected. A committee of CAA members will jury this show.

Here’s an opportunity to surprise us. What mysterious wonder can you create? What would leave us pondering? What do you see in the everyday world that others miss? What otherworldly vision do you have? Sometimes using different color combinations or the juxtaposition of seemingly unrelated objects can spark amazement.

We look forward to seeing your work. You may submit up to four pieces for consideration. Entry fee is $15 per piece; 10% commission on sales will go to the Concord Art Association. Fees and commissions help fund CAA's Teacher Grant and Scholarship programs.

Requirements

• Be a member of CAA. Join CAA

• Minimum framed size is 20" wide x 20" high, and maximum framed size is 36" wide x 36" high.

• Hanging 3-D artwork must be the within the same dimensions of length and width, must not protrude more than three inches, and weigh no more than 5 lbs.

• Please no nudity or volatile subjects.

• Follow CAA framing guidelines.

• Drop off and pick up artwork on scheduled dates. If you cannot do that, arrange for someone else to help out. Artwork cannot be stored at Centre Concord.

• Submissions due: January 12, 2026

• Artist notifications: January 13

• Drop off: January 16, 12:30 to 1:30pm

• Reception: February 13, 2026

• Pick up: April 10, 12:30 to 1:30pm​
