CAA Member Meeting: "Essentials of Art Materials," Tues., Oct. 8
CAA members, come to the next Member Meeting, October 8th, at the Concord Library, from 12:30 to 3pm. San Francisco-based artist Tom Colcord will present a 60-minute hands-on "Essentials of Art Materials" demonstration, focusing on drawing and painting media and their relationships to paper surfaces. Learn about paper and how to choose the right paper for your artistic practice.
Participate in hands-on exercises with drawing materials on papers. Then take home a small supply kit with various paper samples, drawing and painting materials. We hope you can make it. The Concord Library is located at 2900 Salvio St., Concord.
