February Plein Air News!

February 2022 is quite a special month for CAA! We have teamed with Nancy Roberts, an avid plein air artist, art instructor, has exhibited her work in several galleries, participated in regional shows & plein air events, organizes group paint-outs, presents demonstrations for art associations, teaches workshops and is a CAA member! Nancy organized the “Contra Costa Plein Air” group that meets weekly. This group connects plein air artists in and around Contra Costa County in Northern California. Paint-outs are announced in the events section of her Facebook page. The posts focus on opportunities and resources for plein air artists, sharing their work and encouraging each other! This month we will be meeting on Wednesday, February 23, from 10am-2pm at Big Break Regional Shoreline in Oakley. This is a special time scheduled just for us!
