Time to Update Your Artist Profile at ARTSCCC

Did you know Arts Contra Costa has a Countywide artist directory on their website, and CAA members can create a profile page there at no cost? It's an opportunity for artists to broaden their reach within the County, and you can learn about artists and their work at the same time. Your profile page at ARTSCCC can be as minimal or as extensive as you want and it can include your biography, artist statement, resume, images of your work, social media and contact information. Start by searching for your name in the directory to check if you have a profile. If you've participated in past ARTSCCC exhibits, you might already be in the Directory but with minimal information. If that's the case, you can register at the site and be linked with your existing profile and update accordingly.

New members: create a new artist profile by registering here, to start an account. Once you create a new account, you'll have a dashboard where you can upload information and images and even video! When you're done entering your information, hit the "Update Profile" button at the bottom of the page. People can now find your work by searching for you by name, medium, city, or style.

Existing Members: ARTSCCC is asking CAA members to update their page for the coming year. An update can consist of adding new images, updating an artist statement, or adding social media/video links. You can also just check your profile to make sure it's current and make no changes. Then click “Update Profile” in your artist dashboard to let ARTSCCC know that your information is accurate.

Helpful information for updating your profile:

• If you have an existing account, log in here to update your profile page: https://artscontracosta.com/login/

• Once you’re signed in, you’ll be on your dashboard. Use the left navigation to choose the “Artist” drop-down menu and choose “Profile.”

• You can now edit and upload new artwork images or your resume, or edit any information on the page. When you’re done, click “Update Profile.”

• If your page is already up-to-date, just click the “update profile” button at the bottom of your profile.
